I had been working for years, but like a lot of people out there I felt I was putting the time in and not seeing the results I had hoped for. I tried the South Beach diet, cutting carbs, marathon cardo workouts not eating; you name it. I was a 36 year old Dad of 2 boys and was feeling that getting in great shape was passing me by. I had 2 major surgeries over the past several years. One to my shoulder and a very serious surgery to my back that required them to put in a 5 inch metal rod into my lower back! A friend of mine knew Rob and said I should try his 10 week Body Transformation. I said” why not”, I wasn’t getting there myself. The 1st thing I noticed was how much food he wanted me to eat. I couldn’t believe it!! I thought I would be eating less, NOT MORE! Also he cut out my cardio for the 1st two weeks and then slowly added it back but never near the amounts I was doing before. The strangest things started happening right away. I noticed a few pounds drop right off and muscles popping out I haven’t seen since high school wrestling. I was hooked! That was 22 lbs ago and 21 total inches!! I lost 9 inches off my midsection alone! I was so happy with the program that I signed up for the next one. I can’t wait to see what Rob has in store for me and the level of fitness we will get to.
