Fitness Challenge, Get it Done!
My name is Yvonne and when I decided to do the fitness challenge I was already at a pretty good weight and shape. What Rob did for me was to motivate me and put me in the right direction to shed the hardest, last 10 pounds! He helped me to set goals, eat right, and work out smart, as Rob would say!
Only 10 weeks later, 7.5 inches and 13 pounds lost! Wow! I'm in the best shape since High School.
